Complete cheat and extremely unethical too!!We are a group of home owners in Shrachi's Greenwood Elements who has learnt the leason in a very hard way!!Trust me guys, not even think of investing there or else you will be in the same boat where we are now!!!
@Ceruleaan Thanks for your comment. We had a sound engineer (Georgi Marinov, based in the UK) put the sound together for the video. I'm not sure if he sourced it from somewhere or created it himself. You might try contacting him.
