Well, basically when her father had left her and her mother when she was younger. (I can't really remember when.) And when she was a teenager, she had the chance to see him. When she saw him, the first time in years, he looked at her and said called her a completely different name. And being the age she was, she was sensitive, you know? She was really hurt and... Yeah. Listening to the lyrics, you can kinda tell.
