I don't expect them to run 9.5 or 9.6 everytime. I don't believe I said that. Clearly as Bolt stated in his interview was hurt and not in the best of shape. If you go by bolts last year peffomances his races were never close or even in question. I understand the importance of 10th's of seconds in track. And if you look at Bolts finishing time it's a time that he would run in preliminaries while shutting it down with 15 or 20 m to go.
