They filmed this on the bridge to Foresthill, CA. I drove across the bridge (the opposite side was open) the day they were filming the jump. I saw the Corvette sitting on a ramp with a bunch of cameras and other equipment. There were also a bunch of movie cop cars parked nearby and about 5 helicopters also parked along the side. It was a pretty cool sight. A doctor appointment kept me from being to watch the jump in person :(
