@AlysonPogue2 I think they were having a few problem were they printed labels twice and sent out multiple bags out to people that were supposed to only get one. That didn't happen to me in this case I opened up 2 completely different subscriptions & that's why I got 2 bags. But just be patient. I recommend you email them directly on their website and go to the "Help" section at the bottom & try and ask them what's going on with your bag. <3
