Lawn Mower Starter Repair : How to Install a New Lawn Mower Clutch

Every time I engage the mower blade on my old Briggs and Stratton ride on the engine cuts out? Any ideas>

Thanks, gave me enough confidence to fix my mower ^.^ (I was warned that I could break the fly wheel key if not careful but no info on how to avoid it until you).

Hey not sure if this is the right place, but if you are making a lawn mower powered bike, how do you put a clutch on so it will have a throttle instead of just running like a mower usually does. Thanks, Chris.
