i've started doing burpees myself. i'm aiming at the "20 descending challenge". right now i can do about 15, but i think i'll give it a try at your exercise program. looks pretty challenging, and it can help me achieve the "20 descending challenge" or be useful to alternate between the two. in any case, many thanks for the insight. keep it up!

Tabata burpees are murder. I do them without the push up to get as many reps as possible within the 20sec. GREAT WORKOUT!
