Well, I made this to the few german bands that I know of, half of what you've mentioned, I've no idea who they are!XD, but anyway, I may go on searching more for bands and probably do another tribute...;-)

KMFDM is basicly Rammsteins "dad" if you look at the family tree.
Das Ich industrial/ebm icons
and the others take their roots from Depeche Mode, and Kraftwerk.
