Anyone who says that is animal cruelty doesn't know much about canine behavior. That's a happy dog. My only concern is stress on the dog's hips from standing on two legs for all that time. But that's a happy, smiling, tail-wagging dog. She doesn't exhibit any signs of abuse or maltreatment.

@ItsSandyCheeks The dog is wagging it's tail. It did not tuck it's tail or exhibit any sign of anger. It's owner was extremely gentle making sure the dog wasn't hurt. If you think it's cruelty that a dog should want to dance then it's also cruelty than mankind should want to dance too. Humans had to learn dancing too through rote exercises.

The worst from of cruelty to another animal is when a liberal opens it's mouth and trashes a human being for being a human being.
