The Ultima GTR720 has a modified Chevy LS3 V8 motor. Ultima orders those motors as crate straight from GM and modifies them to their specs when they get them Brit-side.

Yah, jaguar is a real reputable company, right? Lotus is a fantastic company that makes cars that handle extremely good, but they borrow engines for their elise model and have never once produced a motor that can hang with a vette's power to weight ratio. The 3.5L TT V8 is the espirit would be the closest. TVR are supercars in the sense that they can accelerate in a straight line not to mention the vette is very well priced.

The last Vette to use leafspring suspension was the C4 gen excluding the C4 Zr1.

The C5 had a Transverse Leafspring which had no affect on the wheels, it was designed to control body roll in high speed turns. Chosen over an anti roll bar because it was lighter and less expensive.

The C6 gen no leafsprings at all, google image search a c6 chassis and you wont find any leaf springs.

The C6 ZR1 has a state of the art suspension system that Ferrari borrowed for the 599 GTB and soon the 458
