The lhc is to start the in the early months of 2010 but because of what happened last time (IT BROKE) the scientist of cern are going to use less power so it dont brake witch will cause a less of a collision so the world wont end because the black hole would of been microsopic anyway so there wont be a black hole.

The event about black holes and the LHC was that people thought black holes would be created by the collision of the two beams, and nothing like that has even been mentioned here, so I don't know what "black holes" is doing in the title OR the tags.
I think his point, however clumsy, is that the power required to speed particles up far surpasses that which is emitted when the particles collide. This sucks a whole lot of power from the grid, basically.
