Taxed to death is more like it. I've heard of dead men voting but dead men paying tax, is really stretching the need of expanding government, to meet the needs of the expanding government. What sustains us no, what takes away from this concept of death tax yes. Less government and more for the private sector. Not to mention one should not be held to his neighbor, when it comes to earned income taxed and taxed again before handed down to family.
