If you guys want to hear what an impact sounds like, watch the Dome 2006 video. The very first one is amazing.
What i would like to see:
- 6:27 to 6:32... could the band sway with the flag movements? That would look totally awesome (At least move the horns...)
- Could the big flags at the end run to the front of the field at 7:40 and wave the flags up front in figure eights for 4 to eight counts after the show ends? I think they add nothing the way they are now
Ok, super nit picky -First impact has been better -Rifles need to be thrown same height -1:53 Spacing top left -Impact at 2:13 louder, spacing messed up for about 40 seconds... -Rotating box NEARLY perfect -LOUDER IMPACTS -Off step behind zach -More low brass in ballad -Piccolo better but still sticks out -more low trumpet in ballad -4:38 impact more bottom -5:06 YES! -Lines got wavy in rotation -6:31 impact needs more sound

I'm only an obsessed alumni. You guys need to bring it up. Its never to early to show some initiative...or get your section leader or drum major to propose it and if they give you attitude, tell them Rocco told you to do this!
To tubas: WOW! I could hear you all throughout the entire show! We were our best yet. Keep it up!
To rest of band: This was our best yet, hands down. Everything was amazing. Music was 10x better and very emotional. Let's go for the gold @ the dome! :D
hey guys. so i took a pen and a piece of paper in my hand and got ready to write while watching this. i didn't actually write anything at all until the very end. i'm so impressed and we did an AMAZING job. our 80 was so well deserved : D i have comments on 2 things:
-the 5/4 measure is still sloppy- trumpets and other loud instruments please articulate more and better. it dragged a little. that still has a lot of potential.
OMG WE ARE AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!! CONGRATS TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE LOOKED GREAT AND WE SOUNDED SPECTACULARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, colorguard I can't say anything else because u girls are just so amazing and for the band, GREAT job on all the hits!!!!!! (but there are still a few point that sounded a little fugly but those can be corrected easily)
p.s. WE WON WE WON WE WON WE WON WE WONNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D
Drums- kinda felt the 5/4 was a little rushed but we did really good. BTW bass drums, the spin in the last song (i think) was unbelievably cool. AMAZING ADD IN. And the quarternote triplets- right on the money.
Winds/trumpets- last song is was shown that you guys were tired because it sounded a little sloppy. OTHER WISE ALL THE ATTACKS WERE GREAT!
-COLORGUARD- BEASTED- You completely owned that field. (Both Sam's- AMAZING SOLO's)- Just one comment, big flags near the end have to be more together but at the end of the first song's all of you did that thing together and it looked so cool and you guys all had ur flags up and brought them down together. AMAZING!
band sounds good ill give you guys that and your always in step but the gaurd needs alot of work maybe mineolas gaurd can teach you a few things.

It is the recording or do i jsut not hear the trumpets as powerful on the impacts as they used to be?
