How do you treat the callous at 00:22 I get those rips all the time. Normally just rip the rest off the best I can, but the I cant grab a bar for a while after till they, and I hate wearing gloves. (which dont help either)
Because people think people like this used to be gymnasts or similar they believe this kind of level is completely out of reach. But let me tell you, Jim Bathurst from Beastskills started to train gymnastics only when he was 20+. Two years ago I was fat and out of shape but now I notice being able to do front lever, L-sits and other similar tricks.
What I'm saying is, your background and age won't stop you, only maybe slow you down little bit :)

I trained specifically for this kind of stuff for a while (ie: 8 months training for a 1 arm chin) so I used to be really into this stuff (a couple years). I'm more into weight training now, I realized that yes, gymnasts are strong, but that the guys doing planches and deadlifting 400lb have trained for 10 years already, even as teens.
@strengthproject When you mean " I did track and field" are you talking about you Arash? If so what events you did and if it is not too much to ask do your remember your times?
