hi.. i just upgraded my apple tv hard drive to 160. after i used Forensic Acquisition Utilities to image the drive in windows, the apple tv still only see 40 gig in 160 gig hard drive. do you have any idea what i did wrong?
@nguyen2639 the structure of the old Hard had a partition set up that you have to clone to the new HD. if you just insert the new HD with out doing this step your apple Tv will keep showing up your old HD status and size.
Can you do just replace the hard drive with a new one? Seems like you could copy all the content to the drive on the Mac, then just drag & drop on the new drive. Is this possible?
can i do that on windows7?

Also, what speed is the original drive? 5400 or 7200?
