There's really nothing you can do besides not having a myspace. You can upgrade your myspace to 2.0 if you haven't done so already, but that'll only stop people using the alternate method I've mentioned in my other video. So either I suggest canceling your account if you're willing to go to that extent to stop people from viewing your comments or make sure they never see this video!

Sadly, no. But if you do want to do that, then you can do what a friend of mine did. My friend created a fake account. You can use this fake account to add people that usually have their myspace privated.

Oh yeah; the thing I realized is...that when you have a Profile 2.0...You can't completely look at friends and comments and such if the user has it on private.

So make that clear to 2.0 profiles and their private modules. :]
