  • i thought the shortest was a 14 move no Ms

  • omg how can u do that fast

  • Is it the //'s alg?

  • Yeah, if I'm understanding you correctly.

  • lol

I meant the backslash alg..have you understood that?

  • the slice(M) algorithm can be just as fast as the algorithm showed here if done correctly, as fast as 1.4 seconds or faster(proven)

  • TELL ME WHAT IS IT

  • I like this algorithm. 2-gens all the way, baby! Yes, the M2UM'U2M2U2M'U'M2 algorithm is MUCH shorter, but I find M turns to be awkward during a speed solve. Even though this algorithm is 17 moves long, I have clocked myself at 2.50 seconds with it, and I still feel it has much potential to get faster.

Hell, Clayne, you solved that shit in like a second flat. = D

  • Thanks! It was always one of my favorites.

And I agree. The other algs just don't compete, really.

Thinking about this makes me want to start up again. :)

  • nevr mind i got it now. im learnin fridrich but its kinda confusing. but i kinda get it now. i shaved my time by like 15 seconds.

  • so it puts the back edge in the left edge the left in the right, the right in the front and the front in the back???

  • fast!

  • its UR'U'RU'RURU'R'URUR2U'R'U

    i prefer M2UM'U2M2U2M'U'M2

  • I see why. ;)

  • I use that. I never learned the standard alg. 2gens are diffult for bld, while M's are so easy.

  • What is the algorithm?

    I can't make it out. :(

  • rediculous

  • nice
