1)they got no real skills(cleaning is not a real skill)
2) they got no education
3)they are being paid legal wage (minimum wage)
So with all that they want better wage and less work? I am sorry but no. They have this choice clean it or get fired and someone else will be hired in their place. It's as simple as that.
People don't always choose to not have an education. And many cleaners are paid illegally below the minimum wages.
