Bezzera Domus Galatea first flush flashing to steam

I have Giulia but I have no need of cooling flush . I ramped up psstat 1,5 bar and I still cant hear this hishing sound. Anybody knows what happens?

Looks like it gets to temp in just over 10 seconds. My Bezzera BZ07 is a little quicker but it's also a smaller machine. I think the flush time is acceptable but if your espresso is coming out bitter, you may try backing the pstat off a little.
