My husband and I each took 5 CKLS pills last night. We slept just fine. This morning we both took another 5 CKLS pills. Then 30 minutes later, as directed, we each drank a disgusting mixture of 16oz. Olive Oil mxed with 1 cup pure orange juice. Almost instantly you will feel extremely sick. Then comes the Olive Oil burps and intense nausea!!!! These feelings will last about 4+ hours. Then you will be running to the restroom with rapid diahrea....NOT FUN!!!!

@ErinsGreenEyes, yeah I never tried it that way because i didn't want all the extra drama. However, I know it worked for ya. Some good stuff there.
