Do these type of trucks have an automatic clutch? It didn't look like he was pushing in the clutch the change gears in the first few seconds of the video.

@vinnieenglish No it's not an automatic clutch. I don't use the clutch while shifting. The only time I use it is when I cam coming to a complete stop or taking off from a stop. 90% of truck drivers don't use the clutch.

@bigredi444 I read he are doing 70 with 6.14 rears. ours have 3.70 & a 15 spd. My bro says it do over 100mph but its confortable cuz its airride. Also its turned up to 500. It hauls 55 tons of cement daily now. You got a nice rig

How did you make it to highway speeds with 6:14s and an 8LL? A 13 speed and 5:29s do about 55ish with 24.5s.

@Hotrodx199 Its an 8LL double overdrive. Ive had it going 70mph before. Its not comfortable at that speed tho. It cruise at 50-55 and about 1,600rpm

i saw an autocar just like yours with very similar red and black painted elements in the worcester area but then when i got closer i realized it wasnt yours, but it had a plow reciever on it and a dump but it didnt have the visor

@abikerinpa I can get to around 68-70mph but the tube tires on split rims are only rated for 50mph lol but its a lot smoother with the tires filled properly and new steer tires. Just put in a newer more comfortable air ride seat last weekend. No air ride for the passenger tho. Still a very rough ride, with 65k rears there really isn't anything you can do lol.
