Am I doing this wrong? During the transition from the second to third chakra I just kind of snapped out of it... or something. Also, during the second my body started nudging me to lie down on the ground. Is that normal?

Here I don't subscribe to such an artificial dichotomy of "reality/unreality" because ASMR is, after all, just another part of phenomenological reality: a very enjoyable part. And when you're relaxed and at ease, you can face your other problems in life in a more efficient, effective way.
One example would be myself: ASMR has been of tremendous benefit in quitting smoking.

I've studied and read about phenomenology a little but only through the spectrum of film studies and I have never thought of ASMR as a phenomenological response, but of now that I think about it, of course it is, one which, as you say, makes these videos (and especially roleplay videos) a part of a phenomenological reality.

While I strongly believe Meditation is all about drawing clarity to the mind, I must say that this video did absolute wonders in help settling me down to sleep. As someone who plays night sports, I find it difficult to sleep due to the adrenaline rush. This video definitely calmed the body and soul and allowed me to rest. I really love your channel. You always seem to smile. But I love the chakra cleansing I usually use another one or do it on my own listening to music but I like the soft speaking/whisper. Its so much more productive at least for me it is. Thank you :o)

That was beautiful, Lilium - made me realise how tense I normally am. I do meditate under a tree on the mountain behind my house here in Canberra. Using the Chakras is very effective. Thank you for your generosity in making this video and for posting it!

That was so beautifully whispered Lilium,such a slow relaxed sweet voice,it's a special gift to have because most people don't have that. I feel so relaxed when I watch your vids.
