Invisalign Braces in Essex

you're not supposed to take them out from one side, you've gotta pull both sides down otherwise there's a risk of them snapping :/

i hv a deep bite so my invisalign need to be done upper teeth first with 18 trays then start lower teeth approx 25 trays! My upper teeth's 18th tray is needed to be used for 1 yr till lower teeth is done and wait for refinement! YEs, one yr! I don't know how to contact invisalign to explain my situation, how the hell am i going to wear one tray for 1 entire year?? at least give me 5 more 18th tray!! Pls tell me who i can contact plsssssssssss, apart from my doctor, cos shes not helpful!!
