Best buys - foreclosures Downtown Condo market - see the news last week where a guy bought $700k a year ago and walked leaving all the furniture - it's on sale for $499k - bank will most likely blow it out at $350-400k - the carnage has just started - the layoffs in BC will start in big way starting Jan 2009 and then watch Vancouver Real Estate - won't be pretty !!!
