Toledo Union Station

actually the correct name of the place is toledo central union terminal , but unfortunately the renamed it to mlk plaza and now no one goes theres because it is in extreme disrepair , i worked for conrail for 15 years until nazi southern forced me out on medical retirement , ns had offered to buy the place and repair it and rename it but the blacks threw a fit about it

I have never had any problems there. We typically leave on the 5am train to Chicago and have never had problems, even arriving early. I think the ticket office is open during the overnight hours (and closed during the day).

thanks for posting this. it's good to see the toledo station preserved and in good shape. to the best of my knowledge it is the largest railroad station in the USA to be built by a railroad (New York Central) in the post WWII era.
