I really enjoyed this peek into the world of authentic Mexican cooking. Smashing the beans with a glass was very creative. I would love to have the recipes for the mushroom caps at 2:45 and 7:15. Your mother is very funny and your whole family seems to be very happy. (except for, maybe, Rosy at the beginning) It just shows that you don't have to have a lot of money to be happy. (but it helps!) Family is everything. Thanks for sharing.
