  • Keep slipping the transmission bands like that and you will soon have a broken drum. Use the throttle to control your speed do not slip the bands.

  • 2 pedal 2 lever model T never existed,

that was an artist drawing that was wrong back then,

and sadly alot of people fell for it.

  • @kirkconway There are two pedal two lever model T's. Only the very earliest cars use this system as they very soon changed to the three pedal one lever system.

  • @kirkconway Ok it was in the Les Henry book yrs ago that was talking about artist rendition's of car's that people went on, someone had printed a T with 2 lever three pedal car that never existed,

    so thats what it was.

I guess T's had the steering on the right over there in Britain yrs ago too,

  • This is in Britain? Did they make any 1909 model ts with the steering on the right, or was this altered?

  • @oilhammer04 yes it is in britan and yes they did make T's with right hand drive,

  • Is that the model t with the 2 lever 2 pedal or the 3 pedal 1 lever set up? Runs nice!

    Thanks

  • A "T" with the wheel on the right. What would Henry say?

  • they were made on the left and right, the UK is to stuburn to have a left hand drive

  • i think right hand drive is better since most cars their r manual and most people i think r right handed so its easier to drive with ur right hand and shift with ur left and i live in the us where most people would be too lazy to drive manual or it would be to complicated

  • @gregwddriver

I'm sure Mr. Ford was very happy about it, after all it made money for him!
