  • Okay, this video was pretty informational, but it seems to me you sounded a bit nervous.....?

  • do the breeding pairs have to be in the same cage or is there 1 cage for each pair?

  • I bred my finch when I was six I was very surprised. But after awhile my finch had two blind babies they had no eyes. They also weren't so bright so I hand fed them by hand and hand tamed them they became my own babies because they would listen and sit on my shoulder

  • For them to be ready to go out on Thier own? Like push them out the front door or just let them roam around the cage?

  • Is it okay if u have 2 different breeds of finch.

  • do you need anything special to hatch the eggs?? and can two different finch breeds mate and have healthy babies. or a finch and a canary and have healthy babies? please someone reply!!!!

  • do you wear that shirt in public

  • do you wear that shirt in public

  • The best way is to have several breeding pairs? I hope not in the same cage. The males might be more involved in the raising of the young but the females can be total b!tches to everything else in the cage and even anyone who enters the room. Typical pregnant woman I guess.

  • Wow.. Expert village just keeps getting worse. No where does she tell you "how" to breed anything. Worst presentation i've ever seen. She only tells you what you "will see" after the breeding happens. Not a how-to video at all. More idiocy from Expert Village.

  • do male zebra finches have cheeks and are females bland in colour(i just bought 1 male and 1 female finch how do i know if they are a pair and if not where can u buy a pair

  • males have more markings and have those "cheeks".Males beeks are red and females are orange. Pet stores have them or finch breeders. Ads in papers internet has them too. Careful about pet stores or bird rallies.

  • Well the males have a bar with little white spots on it and the females are plain in their color.

  • @BAMFAN107 the males have orange or redish checks the female has a blan color li you said

  • As a breeder of zebras, shafttails, and gouldians I can tell you that females continue to feed after the eggs hatch.

  • Dont worry people probably do more extensive research after watching this

  • do the babys eat seeds>>????????????

  • Good Vid. It helped me.
