Rocky XIII = Rocky 13 ...... there were only 6 movies including the latest one ..... so no this nor that is the theme song for an imaginary movie. By the time this was released they were making Rocky 4 the title of the song is making fun of that as well. "Rocky XIII (The Rye or the Kaiser).
