there is many unlicence companies working on contra costa i would like to hear that the state board do some inspections , its easy just go to the yellow pages in contracosta and you will fine that 35% are unlicence
I hope to see more of these videos from the CSLB, along with more enforcement of existing licensing laws. Start making it a priority and not just a "political" statement. From my experience some homeowners don't care who's doing the job, with most of the work being hidden behind the wall they are more concerned with the cost verses if the person they hired has a license. I see work done by homeowners, and unskilled workers that could result in fires all the time.
Excellent Video. I am also a licensed contractor and look forward to many more videos and sting operations to expose the threats that these companies operating without a license represent. Hope John Q Public listens and pays attention. Go Go Go CSLB. Thank you
As a licensed contractor I appreciate the work that the CA state license board is doing to highlight unlicensed contractors taking work away from licensed contractors. Don't take the risk. Hire a licensed contractor. Thanks.
