Not "the way it is made in Italia." :P I live in Naples, near the sea, everybody here makes all kinds of seafood and I can see you put passion in it. Usually people who want to cook italian food just want to brag about it, you don't. You seem like you want to share our culture and I appreciate it a lot. Thank you very much.
