  • make your intro shorter for the love of god

  • my only issue with this vid is, you say Bush should have jumped in, faster, when Katrina hit... but Obama doesn't in this case?? now don't get me wrong, BP is 100% responsible and needs to fix this, a LONG time ago. but just like Bush needed to jump in and help after Katrina, Obama should jump in and help with the oil spill in the same way.

  • 10 seconds in, subbed.

  • @pokerslut530 Pretty good ain't he? He's CHRONICALLY undersubbed.

  • it might not matter to you, but if you lived on the gulf coast, it would.

  • Think about it" your blaming BP with out an investigation for all we know foul play could of been involved or negligence on BP's part until they stop the flow of oil no body should be blaming anybody. Patience is a virtue that some of us don't obtain

  • Great video! Nice work!

  • Great Job, as always.

  • So i understand that the oil mining biz is the largest in the world as most profitable. A mountain of money.... is what we care about. So don't worry pretty soon money will have more value as fuel and then we can burn that to keep warm.

  • Love the Limbaugh voice!

  • Conservatism does Equal Reality

    DUH

  • Nice opener.

  • This is what happens when industries are allowed to regulate themselves. Deregulation blew up the Savings & Loan industry and secondary mortgage lending, it gave us ENRON, higher energy bills, and higher telephone bills. Unrestrained free market capitalism is predatory and ultimately cannibalistic.

  • @WolverineDeus By logic it SHOULD work, because ultimately, it is usually in a corporations best interest to not be corrupt. However, the management of corporations do not always do what is in the best interests of the corporation they work for, but in their OWN best interests. Therefore, it usually does not work.

The quickest and easiest way to eliminate ones freedoms is to abuse them.

  • BP- Beyond Pollution.

  • It was Obama or maybe BP or perhaps the rig guys - it was nothing to do with you was it.(YOU meaning YOU the reader of this comment) It wasn't your car that made a difference, or your garden decking lights, or the hot tub or the multiple devices on standby or the lights you leave on, or the tap you leave running, there's absolutely no way you could have been responsible in any way for this catastrophe whatsoever is there? it was all somebody else's fault.

  • @YouAreJustaNumber Until you give me a electric powered car that gets great mileage, put a lid on it.

  • @Savior20061 You could, on the other hand, buy one of those Volkswagens that get a thousand kilometres to the tank... And then not drive it unless absolutely necessary... I mean, it is not a perfect solution, but its a start.

  • @dangerouslytalented You mean those ugly bug things? May as well, I wasn't planning on getting laid anyways.

  • @Savior20061 There are also fiats, citroens, Peugeots, Toyotas, Hondas, all of which get great mileage.

Besides, walking makes you more fit, and fitness gets you laid, more than any car.

  • @dangerouslytalented Meh, I'm fairly mysognystic after my first girlfriend. As far as I'm concerned, money gets you laid more than any fitness.

I'll stop talking now before we get too off topic.

  • @Savior20061 why should I, or others give YOU anything? get a bike or walk and stop relying on others to spoon feed you.

  • @YouAreJustaNumber Sorry, when I said "give" , I meant "offer to sell". As in "put on the market". Until THEN, you can put a lid on it.

  • @YouAreJustaNumber Yeah! Give us hell!

Maybe THEN we will think twice about buying that hummer and eating the extralarge McDonalds happymeal

  • @dangerouslytalented fuck off GinGerNut... we're running out of macs because of you.

  • @YouAreJustaNumber Maybe if you had fewer big macs, you would be a little less tubby. I'm just sayin'

  • @YouAreJustaNumber Far be it from me to advocate against reduced energy use, but this specific catastrophe was B.P.'s negligence. They ignored warning signs, they shirked safety regulations, they convinced government not to include them in standard EPA checks. So yes, absolutely their responsibility.

On a personal level: No, I don't drive, I don't use any lighting except in the room I'm in, I eat meat sporadically, I don't leave anything on standby, the only real energy I use is the computer's.

  • B-ullshitting P-olluters BP is totaly to blame

  • @fallbread

To some extent, all of us are to blame. Look at all of those who are to blame when you're probably driving to work Monday morning.

There are some with a greater degree of responsibility than others though.

  • @jefevonQ ya you got a point there that is true we all have to start ask questions what can we do to change our dependents on oil be a smarter civiliation then just going with the flow

  • BP should be responsible for this disaster. They were cutting corners and this happens. If Bush was still President it would have been swept under the carpet. At least Obama called these people out.

  • Great Vid as usual. BP was to blame, pure and simple. It was there responsibility to make sure the rig was built right and not cheat by skimming the safety off. Bush and Cheney can deserve some blame, but only minutely. They deregulated the market, as is usual for them, allowing companies like BP and Goldman Sachs and other to shirk responsibility. Companies need to start taking responsibility for their own mistakes! Get em Obama!!

  • This oil spill will ensure that Obambi will be a 1 term EPIC FAIL and will get PWNED by Sarah Palin. This will never happen under President Sarah Palin's watch for she will use her GOD POWERS to prevent such disasters from happening. GOD herself is setting up Obambi to fail in order for her CHOSEN ONE Sarah Palin to take his place. This is all part of GOD's GRAND SCHEME and PLAN!
