He fixed previous mistakes by getting a fast spire, hydra den, and OL speed. However, his hydras didn't get out fast enough and in high enough numbers so his overlords got owned. You can see him adapting in this game - given another 5 - 10 games I'm sure he could beat this build. He just didn't have that kind of time and lost because of it.

Now zerg progamers and trainers are probably planning a strat against Bisu's build. Just accept this cycle and the fact that nobody can stay top for long. Your strat can work against everyone in the world, until one day somebody finds a counter to your strat.
I wasnt surprised when Savior got his ass raped by Bisu. Bisu is a great toss player. I remember in the hero batttle thing, Bisu himself beated 4 terran players one by one. If Bisu hadn't been such a heavy underdog, I'd have almost felt bad in this third game. It was actually the most brutal one out of the 3. It looked like Savior ran himself into the ground by thinking he could stop Bisu's corsairs with mutualisks and scourges. Especially frustrating that he didn't try something new in the third game, when it failed in the second. Bisu had clearly prepared more for this matchup, pretty much clocking Savior's build to the second.
