We own a version like this except its longer and there is a section where the bass get the melody and after that the top hand rarely doesnt do octave reach chords with melody, I can't play but my mother can, it truly is a beautiful

You can find the "Easy Piano" or "Big-Note Piano" versions in the book called "The Best Songs Ever / Best Songs Ever 6th Edition" by Hal-Leonard Publishing. Do a google search for it. It has "70" All-Time Favorites. Don't mistake this book for the identically titled book and Edition 6 but, with "72" all-time favorites Piano-Vocal-Guitar. The songs are pretty much the same but, the first version listed above is written in easy or Big Piano notes, which is easier. Go with the first one.

In Addition, unless these are close identical songs, this song or a version of it is called, "A Time For Us" the (Love Theme) from Paramount Picture's Romeo and Juliet". At least that's what it's called in my piano sheet music book mentioned in the previous comment.
