No he doesn't the rims on the Veilside Fortune RX-7 are 5-spoke MOMO deepdish wheels.

Also, you CAN get these mods on PS2 or Xbox, you just need to know what you're doing.

the ONLY difference between the wheels in this video and the actual car is that these don't shine. Due to the graphical limitations of San Andreas, it isn't possible without separate mods.

You do know that DK's car has a diffrent design on both sides right? The driver side is the black shapes and the passenger side is the beetle.
