Let me tell you something. I live in Philly. What he doesn't tell you is cops get killed or injured during arrests all the time around here. The victims struggled, they were brought to order. Is it brutal? Perhaps. So is rape, murder, dealing coke. So here's a helpful hint: If you see a cop behind you? Pull over. Don't struggle. Don't flail like an idiot. Becuase the assumption is? You're trying to hit them. And it's USUALLY true.
