0:16 I absolutely love that camera placement! Last time I was in a plane (late 2010) they only had a down facing camera, which is fun when you fly low, but the camera on the tail is the one that I like a bit better
Spectacular view of that wing in operation. Amazing that it doesn't flutter at all for such a humongous aircraft. Wonder what kind of material it's made out of. :O
@superyusrie Mainly Carbon Fibre/Aliminium like the body itself. In the shadows of the wings when there on the ground, you can park approx 114 Volkswagen Golfs in the shadows. They're built at an Airbus Factory in Wales, UK called Broughton.
@zetina2010 , Indeed, I actually got startled myself. I don't think I ever watched a plane land on youtube and actually get startled. What made it so shocking was the plane is so quiet, then you watch the whole flight as it is so quiet then all of a sudden, "bam."
Very interesting landing. It seems that AF pilots haven't already learned how to land softly the whale jet. Hope they soon make soft A380 landings as they fellows in Singapore do currently.
However the clip is pretty nice, excellent weather in NYC no matter it was -5° C

It seems like the pilot didn't hear the 2000, 500, 100, 50, etc and at 10 hm, wel it's to late to pull up now, BAM!

that pilot needs much more practice or something because that was a HORRIBLE landing....he went in way too fast on his approach
