Carter wrote Arafat's speeches. I am not sure why Carter has been so Muslim? I know the Shah of Iran was corrupt but most Iranians I know would prefer to return to the days of the Shah with the exception being extremist who love the Ayatollah. Please tell us why Palestinians could not coexist with Israelis, Jordanians, Lebanese, Egyptians and Syrians, why are they still refugees? Have you ever heard any other group of displaced people in the world history who are still refugees after 60 yrs. I think Palestinians love living on UN dole. Most of the Palestinians left on their own accord, because they wanted Arab army to have open field and they did not want to live with Jews. Reasons for their departures were their own and the unprovoked attack by Arab armies on nascent Israel. Israel should not, could not and would not accept responsibility for Palestine refugees. Palestinians' inability to coexist with other people is the reason they are still refugees among their own people even after 60 years.
