Mr. Preident this is proof positive that the Hangman's noose can be placed in the White House for U 2. That is the implied reasoning in the logic gotten from the VIDEO of VIDEOs of a Federal Employee being discriminated against like his and congressman Gregory W. tho this is nice to watch, i think this would be more effective/believable if Obama actually said how he was effected with walter's death / how walter effected his life. making it personal would make it more believable instead of just reading what his scrip writers tell him to say.
"I just want to warn people, Bank of America is the worst most corrupt bank in the world. Bank of America harassed me, ruined my credit, charged me over $800 in fees over a 10 day period, tried to humiliate me, and never stopped calling my house- all because of $50 overdraft!!
In one day I was charged over $250 in overdraft fees because of a company that took advantage of my bank account- and knew that Bank of America would let them get away"
He was part of the family. The evening news, his voice was somehow soothing. We saw bodies back then. Dead and broken bodies of boys fighting in Vietnam. Cronkite was an elitist, eugenicist, globalist in favor of a one world communist government. How can people ignore his true character, simply because he was a effective broadcaster, and completely ignore the fact that he favored things like implanting the masses with microchips to "separate us from the terrorists." as for his untimely death, who gives a shit! im free to fervently expres my first Amendment rights that have been awarded to me by the founders of this powerful and sovereign nation
You can just back off Walter Cronkite was an American Icon and he will be missed! Cronkite accomplished more in his life than you could ever dream of accomplishing!!
Hard to believe that Obama cares about Cronkite with all the terrible policies he's inflicting on Americans.
He has turned out to be a poor leader. He and the real 'Obama Girl', Pelosi, are rushing a terrible healthcare bill through Congress for no other reason than 'change'. In the press conference yesterday, he basically told a caller that he didn't know what was in the bill.... nobody has read it.
Note: the Obama hypocrite voted against healthcare reform when he was in the Senate.
Where was Obama's speech for MJ. He asked Michael to perform at his inaug., and Michael declined, so Obama needed MJ's support then. Walter is in their brotherhood, so he gets this kind of suppport. He did was he was supposed to do. Michael Jackson was breaking out of his prison and not playing his "role" of entertainer to influence the masses towards their goals, and was trying to help humanity and the children as best as he could in the situation, fighting a controlled puppet.
To all those of you who said that Michael Jackson wasn't relevant compared to this journalist, let me remind you that the whole world stopped talking about Obama when Michael Jackson died. The local authorities shut a whole freeway the day of the memorial. He had police escort. There was global live coverage of the memorial. I send my condolences to this journalist's family but don't tell me he was more relevant than Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson meant a lot to billions of people.
I think he let all of the controversy which surrounded MJ influence his decision to not say anything initially. I disagree with him on that. He should have spoken up immediately.
Obama's statement after Michael Jackson's death was nothing but disrespectful. I think he is a media puppet and he is biased. I can't believe that Arnold Schwarzenneger made an unbiased statement and that he didn't. I'm flabbergasted.
This is ridiculous! I don't even know who this guy is and maybe that's my fault, but I am not an American. Michael Jackson touched so many lifes and brought people together, he was the popstar who donated the most money to charity. He was loved all over the world. He broke down race barriers. Where was Obama then???????????? Fuck the dude, seriously. I am pissed.
justingarak. I agree with you. I don't see how this video benefits Obama politically. If any it glues his lips ever closer to the rear end of mainstream media that protects him.
It will also alert MJ fans and people of black community who were angered by Obama's avoidance of talking about Michael Jackson following his death, but will see this eulogy of a anchorman as a slap in the face.
MJ was an entertainer. Quite a few of those passes recently. Cronkite was a provider of news to generations of people. His effect on the American people far outweighed that of MJ. MJ was good, I'll give you that, but in the end Cronkite did so much more than mere music.
Michael Jackson was more than an entertainer he had the power to bring the world together. He opened so many doors to artists and I believe for Obama himslef...he broke racial barriers...he was known in each and every country around the world for his music and philanthropy and genius. he deserved more respect than a news reader..... MJ was/is a LEGEND...Cronkite was an american journalist that only the american people knew.
I am sorrry but you obviously don't know much about MJ. He did WAY MUCH MORE than music, only that no one ever cared to report that, the media was too busy making up scandalous stories. Please do your research.
i agree completely. a lot of american are ignorant because they don't like doing sereach.... they just buy everything the media says. and the media only digs dirts and lies... they have never mentioned about the good deeds MJ had done all trhough his life.
i hate it. i wish people knew more about him. there's absolutely no reason to dislike MJ if they knew even a fraction of who he is/what he's like.
gtmunn, poor little boys? Are you speaking of Michael's two sons, they actually miss their father.
If you're not speaking about them, then tell me how is Larry Sinclair feeling about Obama not returning his phone calls lately since he got in to office.
I'm referring to the young children that accused him of molesting him. He was found not guilty, but the fact that they came forward is enough for me to dislike the man. Pedophilia to me is one of the worst crimes imaginable. Not something I take lightly. He was a pioneer in a pop music. I respect him for that. But do not like him as a man. But to b**** regarding Cronkite is terrible. Maybe not to our generation, but Cronkite played a great role in many lives around the world. A great man.
Just as you feel strong about pedophilia, I am the same, and I don't take lightly of false charges to tarnish someone over unproven assumption. The person who made allegations against Michael in 1993 parents accepted settlement and never filed charges against him. If the child was violated would you accept money from a potential predator or would see that person in court. 2nd, 10 years they had a opportunity to come out following the 2003 allegation, but they didn't. Do you not think that
(cont.) people will go over someone wealthy to try to extort them for money. Jackson could very well been a victim in 1993 than his accuser. To the 2003 accuser, Gavin I watched him say on national TV to British journalist Martin Bashir of nothing inappropriate happened between him and MJ. Then after that interview, I later saw a special on FOX that discredited the slant story told by Bashir, and revealed that the sensational attention brought by the Bashir interview had hurt Galvin's rep.
(cont.) reputation amongst his friends of other kids teasing him. Then a few weeks the news break of child molestation charges were filed by his parents who originally brought their children to MJ because for aid because their son Gavin was terminally stricken with cancer. Michael Jackson for most of his adult life have aided numerous children in need, it's important to realize that there are people out there who will take advantage of someone's generosity, and this was one of those situations
Okay, MJ received a celebrity sendoff not seen since Regan's funeral a few years back. His respects were given aptly. So what if Obama was the only one not to go all out for the fellow? Perhaps Faucet, Mays, McMahon all deserved similar respects, but failed to receive such. Where's the griping there? Point is, Cronkite was a reporter first, and a celebrity second. He was honored for his many years of service to the profession. In the end, all was dished out fairly in my opinion.
Right so the president himself doesn't believe in the justice system...what a great country!!! and before talking about 90% of Americans check your sources please. the accusations were totally false and time will prove this...
america is ran by ASHKENAZI GENTILES A.K.A EDOMITES/ SO-CALLED JEWS. they running this country into the ground. but don't be alarmed the real king is coming soon. JUST BE PREPARED WHEN HE COMES.
Mskoolaid: Nah, keep your brand of poison-laced kool-aid to yourself, please. God, the old "13 Jews who rule the world" myth is about as true as the one claiming the moon shots didn't happen. Man, there are just too many nuts running around YouTube!
A Great President, yet he has to combat criticism from mentally challenged ex VP candidates and hideous ex VPs, demagogues like Limbaugh and Hannity and propaganda networks like Faux news. Such opposition, hatred, smearing, calling the American president terrorist, socialist, communist is unparalleled in history. Who are committing the real treason?
Maybe if he stops bailing out corrupt bankers, and giving General Motors billions of dollars on the promise that GM won't go broke (which it did anyways) or banks sticking to regulations (which they won't).
Or maybe closing Gitmo (he chickened out of it). Or maybe withdrawing the troops from Iraq (never! Rockefeller's Exxon Mobil will say NO)
Or maybe forging peace in Afghanistan. No! He is surging the troops in Afghanistan.
But he IS Barak Hussein, not George Bush II, right?
Walter Cronkite was nothing more than a Globalist...Trying to remove our freedoms! Dismantle our Constitution... Why should we honor such a person...? I don't hate the guy or his opinion; I just don't like what he stands for... Google -World Federalist Association - Walter Cronkite- And see for yourselves!
Yes, he will raise taxes, upon the top 1.2 percent of Americans. Not bad actually, those pricks have skated long enough. As for the >250K bracket, we'll remain untouched. So to anyone unlucky enough to have better earnings than that, learn to save your fucking money just like the rest of us!
Then you're a moron. I didn't vote for either of those two hacks, nor would I, but at least Obama hasn't taken a shit on the Constitution yet. Fuck you, and anyone who apologizes for the Bush administration. You should be ashamed.
Dare I ask you to prevent evidence to support your claim? Or should I just assume that you have none since you seem to be nothing more than a neocon faggot? I will dare to. And don't give me the socialist bullshit. That has nothing to do with the Constitution. Go ahead, pussyboy, try your hardest,
Everything melted into mist. Sometimes, indeed, you could put your finger on a definite lie. It was not true, for example, as was claimed in the Party history books, that the Party had invented aeroplanes. He remembered aeroplanes since his earliest childhood. But you could prove nothing. There was never any evidence.
Winston could not even remember at what date the Party itself had come into existence. He did not believe he had ever heard the word Ingsoc before 1960, but it was possible that in its Oldspeak form-English Socialism, that is to say — it had been current earlier. ....
His exploits had been gradually pushed backwards in time until already they extended into the fabulous world of the forties and the thirties, when the capitalists in their strange cylindrical hats still rode through the streets of London in great gleaming motor-cars or horse carriages with glass sides. There was no knowing how much of this legend was true and how much invented. ...
He tried to remember in what year he had first heard mention of Big Brother. He thought it must have been at some time in the sixties, but it was impossible to be certain. In the Party histories, of course, Big Brother figured as the leader and guardian of the Revolution since its very earliest days. ...
Assuming Walter meet both Obama and George W. Bush, that means he met every president since Hoover. How many people can say they've met 14 presidents?
It's sad though that he passed just 3 days short of the 40th anniversary of the moon landing, one of the most memorable moments he was associated with.
that's something no one can change, well known people are more likely to have more people mourn, nevertheless; this doesn't mean that only celebs are mourned for.
Pretty well spoken speech by Obama. Even though I don't agree with some of his issues, he says it with feeling and really does care about people and our country. A change will be made soon, I can feel it. Walter was simply of the greatest news broadcasters EVER to deliver the news. Boy, will he be missed.
But Michael Jackson was more important to the whole word. The President should have stated how important Michael was. Mr. Cronkite was just a news caster Michael Jackson had Neverland and was the world's most famous pop star.
What a two-faced liar Walter Cronkite was! He put on one persona to earn the general public's trust and his wealth, when in reality he was a new order elitist. Pretending to stand for the American Way while selling us out behind our backs! Do a search and you will see he was a crusader for a New World Order.

Walter Cronkite called for Global Government..
He was an honorary member of "World Federalist Association"
Now, Obama, a believer in globalization and a devout follower of "Global Citizenry" mourns the loss of a fellow pro-World Government, Walter Cronkite....
EgyptianPrinceCB: Big deal! Global government will happen, probably when you and I are long gone. It's a necessary step in the maturation of the human race from a jingoistic, predatory, dangerous, savage child-race.

Apparently, USA stands for United States of Amnesia.
Adolph Hitler wanted a united Europe under the German. EU did the same thing, not by brute force, but coercion and subversion of the founding member states' democratic processes as the people were only informed of "enhancing border security and trade."
The Soviet Union, another pan-geographic entity, brought death and destruction.
Those are deceived that the masonic one world government will bring them peace and security should wake up.
EgyptianPrinceCB: You have quite a hard-on against world government, don't you? Get the corncob out of your nether region and stop besmirching Walter Cronkite with your crackpot comments.
I'll lecture you as I please, child. Learn some manners. It's bad taste to speak ill of the dead. Or did you think callling yourself a "prince" exempts you from basic decency? Get stuffed.
Another foolish statement, EgyptianPrinceCB. But they seem to be your specialty. It is in bad taste to not even wait till Cronkite is cold before leveling crazy criticisms. As for Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin, news flash: they've been dead for awhile, so they're fair game. Learn some manners, oh petty self-styled potentate of bad taste!
I see you mentioned a few of the former attempts at globalization, all failed saved for the EU. Let's look at the natural progression that history has taught us:
Inevitably our societies have always gone from a small secluded state, to a more outreaching interdependent one. From towns to counties, to Providences/States to Nations, it has been the nature of society. The only logical conclusion is that the next step (with the recent advent of technology and high speed travel) is globalization.
Globalization failed miserably under Bill Clinton when he instituted World Trade Organization.
Before I try to correct teh MANY mistakes that you are stating without a thread of a moral conscience, allow me to indulge you into ONE event, whose truth is sufficient to debase your claim of inevitable World Government.
Bretton Woods Conference. ITO (or WTO), IMO, IMF, and end of "economic nationalism" all done by coercion in the dark in 1944 before the end of WW2!
EgyptianPrinceCB: Wow, you are so full of shit! Nationalism will pass into the dustbin of history, and there will be a World Government, for the betterment of all. But don't worry, you and I will be long dead before that happens. As for calling me a traitor to your nation, why don't you just go fuck yourself, you arrogant troll. Take your Bretton Woods Conference and stick it up your ass.
For thousand of American who died trying to forge an independent entity, separate, autonomous, and free from the existing British Empire of the time.
Millions of Europeans have perished for the sake of rule-by-representation and nationhood and "nation-states," which liberated Europe of its feudal monarchical tyranny.
EgyptianPrinceCB: You are truly deluded, or probably high on some good drugs. i want some of what you're smoking, champ! A world government that is represented by its people won't be the nightmare you're so frightened of. It won't be like Orwell's 1984. Stop cowering, please. It's undignified!
That was a corrupt system consisting mainly of dictatorships and oligarchies, systems far too outdated to be of relevance in a new Global society. Those systems were also brought about through epochs of war. A new global society will most likely be brought about through much representation, economic tie-ins, and above all else, greater education and understanding of our fellow human beings, the last of which you obviously dispossess yourself of.
I'm sorry, but it is you who is mistaken. If history has taught us ONE THING, it's that it's lessons are immutable. One only need look at the progression of society to see that we are indeed headed for a global one. Like any sociological evolution, it will come about through much trial and error. I'm no traitor to see this. In fact, if anyone be the traitor here, it is you to all of humankind. Due to your excessive denial of an obvious outcome, and therefore unwonted tensions.

Rot in hell you globalist pig. The "most trusted man in America" was a lifelong advocate of a one world government, actively worked to promote it and kept it silent until he retired from CBS. Just goes to show you how much these "main stream media" types are in the pocket of the globalist oligarchs. Others include Tom Brokaw, Dan Rather, Barbara Walters - and many more.
Democrat lickspittles in full bloom. Cronkite was a Democrat lap dog who posed as a government watch dog and defrauded America throughout the Cold War, always declaring our defeat and always suggesting surrender.
I just ate some alligator at a restaurant on Friday afternoon. I feel so tough after eating alligator that I'm going to kick your ass.
Cronkite is a decent enough guy. A professional to the end. A wonderful human. You are a retard who should shove a stick up his ass and impale hiimself.
How Cronkite and the SLIMC lost the Vietnam War for America.
... The bigger question to ponder involves how a traitorous liar like Cronkite, publicly convicted by his own televised lies, ever became so beloved, and so believed by so many. He was the "leader of the pack," so to speak, but every other talking-head on every available network channel at the time was doing the exact same thing; they just weren't as beloved as Cronkite.
Yeah, I may cross you as a vacuous bastard, and that's fine. But I've got one question: Why the FUCK are you being so disrespectful in light of the fact that a man is dead? Have you no decency? Don't bother with your "but Cronkite was a lying bastard" argument. I wouldn't hear it if it were Bush you spoke of! When a man dies, regardless of my disdain for him in life, I respect him in death. I may be irrational, and unreasonable in that fact. So be it!
By what morality or ethics is it decent to be respectful -- in a political forum on YouTube -- to those who spend their lives defrauding America & siding with her enemies?
Oh, that's right, you already tried to inoculate against logic, reason & morality.
And if you're deluding yourself that your views are shared by other CronKunt types, then visit this video:
VIDEO: "Memorial Video -- Jesse Helms"
You should be congratulating me for "embracing cultural diversity" and returning the love.
By my own morality. By how I was brought up and taught. No man's death should be viewed in a joyous light.
Inoculate? Ah, by beating you to the proverbial punch? Well, if that's how you view it...
Still, if the person I hated most were to kick it tomorrow, I'd still be gracious enough to realize that they might have friends or family in mourning. Like I said, I possess basic human respect. You've intellect, I'll give you that, but you lack in terms of decency. Your attitude shows this.
Contrary to your evident self image, there is NOTHING decent about your notions.
I asked you to explain your morality, and you simply recite its dogma.
Respecting the depraved is not of any morality I respect. I stated over many posts the reasons CronKunt was a depraved, treasonous fraud. You offer nothing but fluffy platitudes.
I find your vacuous morality to be indecent; to be repugnant
I don't disrespect the dead, because they are no longer there to defend themselves. It's as if you were to have both your legs and arms broken, and then told you'd have to fight an opponent who is himself in peak physical condition. Would you view that as even the least bit fair? You decided to rag on a man who isn't there to sate his own defense. You've decided to take on the easiest target imaginable. How proud you must be! Now if you question my morality still...I'll know you don't get it.
I stopped questioning your morality with my last post.
Fair?
As US citizen troops were fighting side by side with the So. Vietnamese, Cronkite led the propaganda war against them from the safety of US soil. Cronkite's communist-Democrat buddies slandered them & otherwise betrayed us. As we post, Cronkite's buddies continue their propaganda war against America, controlling 99% of all media, as measured by their relative political donations.
First off, yes. Fair. Secondly, I hold my own opinions on the Vietnam War, but that's not why I'm here. I didn't come looking for a political debate when I responded to you, as I believe you've mistaken me for doing. I questioned your gull as to your derogatory comments. You see, you make a fine case, but you diminish it with the insults of a high schooler. It is possible to both respect the man in death, but state your case against him as well. You might try it sometime.
Since you acknowledged the veracity of my reasoning, the only remaining disagreement is in whether or not to respect the scum after it dies. I suggest we don't.
It's certainly "possible" to respect the depraved, but it's also an exercise in depravity, isn't it? I suggest such behavior is to be avoided. I find it repugnant.
The reasoning herein is so obvious that my last tag line applies. I often hope for the latter, but my experiences leave me not so optimistic.
As I said earlier, to even make such a case AFTER one's death is the easiest possible target you could choose. The man is no longer around to defend himself, and someone else cannot rightfully defend him, because someone else cannot know his choice of defense.
But let me ask you, just so I know what I'm dealing with; are you a Vietnam Vet, or the child of one? In other words, do you have any first or second generation ties to that war which is your main arguing point in this needless debacle?
Furthermore, I only acknowledged the fact that you make a good case. Not an infallible one. But I won't get into that. My point through all of this is that what you have said, say now, and most likely will continue to say, is needless. It appears as nothing more than a cry for a debate. This, I'm not sorry to say, is PAINFULLY obvious. Your personal disdain for Cronkite is only the tip of the argumentative iceberg that is you. It would behoove you to find a more apt forum for your needs.
Cronkunt was President of the HO CHI MINH ADMIRATION SOCIETY.
With each of America's battlefield victories alongside the South Vietnamese, Cronkunt would declare our defeat and advise our surrender to communism, along with Fonda, Kerry, and Democrat party leaders.

MJ was an entertainer. Quite a few of those passes recently. Cronkite was a provider of news to generations of people. His effect on the American people far outweighed that of MJ. MJ was good, I'll give you that, but in the end Cronkite did so much more than mere music.
AndrewDeLong 2 years ago
Michael Jackson was more than an entertainer he had the power to bring the world together. He opened so many doors to artists and I believe for Obama himslef...he broke racial barriers...he was known in each and every country around the world for his music and philanthropy and genius. he deserved more respect than a news reader..... A great man.
gtmunn 2 years ago
Just as you feel strong about pedophilia, I am the same, and I don't take lightly of false charges to tarnish someone over unproven assumption. The person who made allegations against Michael in 1993 parents accepted settlement and never filed charges against him. If the child was violated would you accept money from a potential predator or would see that person in court. 2nd, 10 years they had a opportunity to come out following the 2003 allegation, but they didn't. Do you not think that
tnafever 2 years ago
(cont.) people will go over someone wealthy to try to extort them for money. Jackson could very well been a victim in 1993 than his accuser. To the 2003 accuser, Gavin I watched him say on national TV to British journalist Martin Bashir of nothing inappropriate happened between him and MJ. Then after that interview, I later saw a special on FOX that discredited the slant story told by Bashir, and revealed that the sensational attention brought by the Bashir interview had hurt Galvin's rep.
tnafever 2 years ago

Inevitably our societies have always gone from a small secluded state, to a more outreaching interdependent one. From towns to counties, to Providences/States to Nations, it has been the nature of society. The only logical conclusion is that the next step (with the recent advent of technology and high speed travel) is globalization.

Don't bother with your "but Cronkite was a lying bastard" argument. I wouldn't hear it if it were Bush you spoke of! When a man dies, regardless of my disdain for him in life, I respect him in death. I may be irrational, and unreasonable in that fact. So be it!
AndrewDeLong 2 years ago 2
By what morality or ethics is it decent to be respectful -- in a political forum on YouTube -- to those who spend their lives defrauding America & siding with her enemies?
Oh, that's right, you already tried to inoculate against logic, reason & morality.
And if you're deluding yourself that your views are shared by other CronKunt types, then visit this video:

You should be congratulating me for "embracing cultural diversity" and returning the love.
TylerNull 2 years ago
By my own morality. By how I was brought up and taught. No man's death should be viewed in a joyous light.
Inoculate? Ah, by beating you to the proverbial punch? Well, if that's how you view it...
Still, if the person I hated most were to kick it tomorrow, I'd still be gracious enough to realize that they might have friends or family in mourning. Like I said, I possess basic human respect. You've intellect, I'll give you that, but you lack in terms of decency. Your attitude shows this.
AndrewDeLong 2 years ago
Contrary to your evident self image, there is NOTHING decent about your notions.
I asked you to explain your morality, and you simply recite its dogma.
Respecting the depraved is not of any morality I respect. I stated over many posts the reasons CronKunt was a depraved, treasonous fraud. You offer nothing but fluffy platitudes.
I find your vacuous morality to be indecent; to be repugnant
TylerNull 2 years ago
I don't disrespect the dead, because they are no longer there to defend themselves. It's as if you were to have both your legs and arms broken, and then told you'd have to fight an opponent who is himself in peak physical condition. Would you view that as even the least bit fair? You decided to rag on a man who isn't there to sate his own defense. You've decided to take on the easiest target imaginable. How proud you must be! Now if you question my morality still...I'll know you don't get it.
AndrewDeLong 2 years ago 2
I stopped questioning your morality with my last post.
Fair?
As US citizen troops were fighting side by side with the So. Vietnamese, Cronkite led the propaganda war against them from the safety of US soil. Cronkite's communist-Democrat buddies slandered them & otherwise betrayed us. As we post, Cronkite's buddies continue their propaganda war against America, controlling 99% of all media, as measured by their relative political donations.
If you're not depraved, then you're an ignoramus.
TylerNull 2 years ago
First off, yes. Fair. Secondly, I hold my own opinions on the Vietnam War, but that's not why I'm here. I didn't come looking for a political debate when I responded to you, as I believe you've mistaken me for doing. I questioned your gull as to your derogatory comments. You see, you make a fine case, but you diminish it with the insults of a high schooler. It is possible to both respect the man in death, but state your case against him as well. You might try it sometime.
AndrewDeLong 2 years ago
"you make a fine case"

Rest in Peace, Walter Cronkite. Well said, Pres. Obama.
