  • Music at the beginning?

  • Please help me get 1000 views on my newest video :)

  • watch me

  • I watch this video so much, because it's not to show off.. this is how you have to train to be good to yourself, not for anyone else

  • at the end i thought you guys were burglurs lol

  • DAMN!

  • if i lived near this spot i would get rid of my ps2 and train here 24/7 :D

  • Wow combining this with some Taekwondo/Karate/Tang Soo or any style would be eppiicc

  • nice ....but you have to change the place :) ...i know the title was 1 place ...but ...you have to change the place ;) ....anyway ...ncie moves

  • man if u want to learn parkour.start now!.go roll on ur bed jump back down!jump back on it backwords!palm spin to ur sofa!u can do alot in ur house.i came up with alot in my small little room! lmfao!just try it out!its not only outside

  • @OTTBlindfish hell yeah it is is better to practice flips on ur bed than in the groun!!!xD

  • i like their form and the way they transition from one vault to the next

  • LOL at Stephane screaming when he missed the cat.

  • i agree with what you are all saying about this is a awsome video, but lots of you are saying 'pointless flips' i dont belive flips are pointless because it is another way to add and express you own movement

  • there is one thing that kicks your ass in parkour Fear

  • i really want to learn parkour

  • yeah. this is what i wanna see... movement... not flashy crap. i wanna go to evry so bad. and lisses

  • THIS IS IT! real parkour, no flips. this IS my favorate parkour vid sofar. thanks for that.

ps. i wanna travel to paris becouse of this!

  • @seektohide dude im a traceur and not a freerunner but i think theres nothing wrong at doing a sideflip or a webster in the end of a running precision, or when you want to get down from small rails, etc..

  • @faquiado well... yeah, im not again flips, and i do them too, but this is the way Parkour is. Going point A to point B sorry for bad english. I'm just 13 year boy from finland.

  • as usual a load of guys who dont get the point of parkour! parkour is not a bunch of rehearsed "tricks" its an art of getting form a to b in a quick and beautiful way... not jumping between a few walls over and over... its a good way to practice but not good for a video...

  • @bowd19 videos like this usually aren't about showing off. they are about showcasing their training methods. the point of training them is to make everything come naturally to u so you don't have to think. the biggest part of parkour is training, plus is really hard to get a camera on a guy that has an awesome path like you talking about.

  • one of my all time favourite parkour videos

  • finally a good vid without any pointless flips

  • Parkour is one way to out run zombies d(^.^)

  • its a beautiful art of movement.

  • @intwernet You are one of those people who understand. Some people think it is a sport, or a martial art, but it's not. It is a beautiful movement.

  • @Parkour123321 Totally Agree.

  • I like black guy, he was little bit scarred but he managed to jump at the end. He was realy trying and he succseded.

  • This is awesome!!!

  • I love this place, I'll have to come soon! :)

  • even the pro's dont try from the first time.

i'm doing parkour for 2weeks now and sometimes i know i can do it but i'm still afraid. you have my respect and i hope to see you in the future.

  • nice

  • this vid is just amazing, something about it just makes you want to go out training, the parkour is just beautiful.

  • lol.. all of those are good moves.. they are only practicing with flow i think.. well they are really on the flow thing... and some accurate stuff..

  • Love this ! Really nice video guys ! I wish luck to all of you :) Hope one day to train with guys like you :P :D

  • nice :) there are some good moves...

  • Yes :)

    Good Traning ! Nice video

  • @FreeIVMove lol thats the same thing i was thinking i wish i coulda been there with them it looked like so much fun i cant wait till this snow leaves its on my last nerve im from philly lol

  • its awesome we hes all on one place train so long

    sorry i m from german

  • Wwow... with all this daring stuffs, anyone broke or dislocate any bone before? I have no one to train with, and i keep thinking the consequences then the success :/

  • buddy I got teh same problem. I have no one to train with in my town. And right now its freezing out and icy everywhere. So It's really hard for me to train, although I should go for a run...

Anyways.... You just have to start small. Start Slow, stay low. That way it's less scary, and no busted kness when ur 30.

  • .................. en fin

  • hey man!!! i'm 14 years now i hav been parkour bout 4 years start when i was 10 and now i'm fine with my parkour the thing is u need 2 have confidence in urself and try not to think bout how u gonna fall or watsoever just do wat u wanna do and went you get it done, u will feel u wanna do it again and again tats how u get it done...[Some Tips]pls subscribe me and see my vids]

  • so, my brothers are really into parkour. they keep telling me to give it a try. it looks awesome, and i want to try it, but i weight alot. im worried that my weight would interfere with parkour

  • @bookworm11234

don't worry about that i'm 1m72 and 83kg and you just have to work on conditioning, strength and techniek i've been doing pk for a year now and it's all about freedom for me

  • man i wish i had friends i could do this stuff with...im good but i could be better

  • @aliabdalla4 Ya I'm going to start, but I don't know if any of my friends do it.

  • what would be the best outfit for parkour? from shoes to t-shirt or any other things.

  • a good pair of tennis shoes with grip, I use nike darts, a t-shirt, and a pair of swear pants

  • are nike dart trainers good for parkour??

  • Yups they are

  • yay i got em

  • yeah me too they are nice pretty lite i have no run buddy right now

  • @BRADARISTA

yea i use them too for about 4 months i think they are great :D

  • amazing guys keep up the fun you got great place to train there wish i could train with you guys anyways great video take care parkour for life

  • you are awesome

  • Still really love this vid!

  • agreed the editing is great and with a nice mix of movement

  • that's the real parkour...

    no flips and useless stuff.

    great job guys!

  • ty guys uve shown me a lot of new things to try

now i just need to find a place to try them XD

  • What is that first song?! Beautiful!

  • Bonobo-if you stayed over

  • man i wish some of my friends did parkour. some of them just havent been taught or even heard of it. others are just scared

  • yeah its kinda hard to train alone

    but still

    nothing is imposible with parkour

  • @shubiguby im only a beginner myself, but ive tried teaching a couple of people. teach them the philosophy first. i used to teach them a kong first, and then move on through different moves. but i found that it is best to explain it as play. "lets play who can jump over the rails" "who can jump over the rails faster and make it smooth" "who can jump over the rails and land on the rock and stay there." and if they want to learn the way i do it, then ill teach em. as for learning, moves=bad.

  • @shubiguby I know that feel bro

  • that place is amazing :D

  • nice flow.. nice moves ..practice is everything

  • practising, practising and practising !!! that is all !!!

  • i watch this certain one oveer over and over i, well idk i just really like this video its got something about it ..

  • God damn so good

  • looks like a sweet place to train a lot of stuffs :)

  • let the world be ur playground

    train everywhere and anywhere

  • yeah love ''The world is our playgorund'' ;P

  • Pra eles é tão fácil...

    :D

  • hehe I think the one in the black did the best due do the fact that this video was not actualy about preforming the moves.

  • Not just to strengthen the body, but the mind as well.

  • 2:30

    i wouldn't do it =s

  • this vid is about conquring your fears not doing amazing parkour "moves"

  • its ok but ive seen better

  • This is in Lesses right? Nice video!

  • Kan ni svenska

  • really great guys...this is the real spirit of Parkour, try the movements, fail or win, it's all a game with our bodies and our urban environment. Simply, efficient and creative...5 stars !

  • good video xD

  • i just freerun for 2 years but this movie show how you can train on 1 place. and they show that if you train hard that you just can do evry thing. nice movie man

  • try some high jumps dudes

  • lol high jumps r u kiddn? u only wna see people jump high and u wana say thats parkour? lol ur funny. pk not only bout jumpin hieght its about breakn your mental block no matter where it is train your mind once you learn that and keep repeatin the movement then you can do anything not only high jump if you learn it from here it be easy to jump from hieght at end ok

  • ive stared like 2 years ago with friends and we got into it and we climb builds and shit so fun Xd

  • it first i thought the guys were not so git...becouse the first take long for to first jump... but then woooaahhh..... you have,,, i don't know how to explain.... a special flow or something.... you are reaaaaly good

  • im thinkin bout startin this =)

  • I started this with a friend last week and we had no idea how physicaly demanding this was. its insane. that combined with balance and reaction times make for a steep learning curve.

  • yeah but if u keep up with it u'll REALLY notice ur improvements

  • your basicly rethinking every thing. the reason they land on the balls of there feet is to make them loose balance for a roll. your body wans you to stay in balance. your retraining your body

  • the reason why you are supposed to land on the ball of ur foot is because its a lot safer than landing the middle of the foot or on ur heels

on rails or even on walls u can easily slip if u land in the middle of the foot or on ur heels

plus it can dmg ur knees in the long run i fu land on ur heel since ur muscles absorb the impact when u land on the ball of ur feet instead of ur bones

  • yeah. it KILLS to land flat footed

  • free running and parkour arenst easy but if u try and make it apart of ur lifeu can be the best

  • Comment removed

  • que cosa tan mas bonita

  • dont make it a hobby.

    make it a passion.

    a life style.

mike it a part of you

    n_n

  • when u guys do it it looks so easy :D

    belive me it isnt

  • this was a really good video, especially because u showed failed attempts and psyching up to do jumps etc. also, where is this place? it looks a really good place to train!

  • look the description --> --'

  • I love when the people in parkour videos are as good as these, are so good that they actually show how the progress, with missed attempts and so on.

Great way of showing parkour for real.

  • Train In London Near The Imax Cinema

  • okay...at first I thought you guys were just trying to do a kong and I was like "Woah....they're not that hard.." but now I understand. Very cool.

  • yea come to carnlough

  • Parkour, so simple yet pure, the flow is undeniable, this my friends is what its all about. I love the location, its perfect, I'm so jealous there is no where like this near me.

  • The place where I'm training is a small so called ''village'' inside a city in Finland... There ain't a lot spots here, so usually I train in the forest near my house.

  • I've only met one finnish guy doing parkour, he moved to London.

  • American Architecture is so...meh compared to this... =/

  • I know, right? It's had to find good stuff compared to this in the states...

  • Makes me want to go out right now and do som pk!

  • The terrain here is AMAZING!! All I have where I live is a 2nd story balcony railing

  • are regualr running shoes like nikes good for this?

  • yes, in the begining.

But later when you are going for the rooftopps and heights you need better shoes ^^

  • I have normal running shoes (expensive ones) and they do just fine everywhere i go . :)

  • No, just a decent pair of running shoes. doesn't matter if your on rooftops or not, although if your a beginner you shouldn't be on roof tops at all....

  • "if your a beginner you shouldn't be on roof tops at all.... " <-- so true :p

  • i recommend Asics or New Balance

Asics especially cause i've been using the same pair for 2 years now n i can still wall run n precision

    peace

  • Yeah I have to say this is one of my favourite parkour videos ever.

    The flow is SO good.

  • awesome

makes me wanna jump over a wall right now

  • EPIC LOCATION!

  • good traceur . good vidéo . good realisateur . 5/5

  • this video is so insperational, thanks soo much!

  • So i guess it must be a disadvantage to be short...

  • hell no! do you ever see tall gymnasts?

  • lol hahahahah!!!....! ;)

  • small traceurs move better, because they have agility and jump high :D

  • tall traceurs can have just as much agility, AND we have a height advantage for the high jumping... :D Everyone moves differently. Not better or worse, just different.

  • Agreed. Traceurs should be concerned with working the 'hardware' they come with and getting the most out of it.

  • not at all, when you short you have less amount of leg to pull up when jump over something believe me im 6'2

  • awesome loc for parkour :)

    100th comment BTW :)

  • all 3 are inspirational!!! 1:08 to 1:10 - love stephane's run-up. its as if he's gliding!!

  • great this place!

  • The video was awesome, i loved the constant movement through the area... :) Beauty

This spot is awesome BTW a shame English Architecture is so much different :/

  • vraiment génial :)

  • Great movie! Sebastien do you remeber word " Kurwa" ? :D

  • The flow is awesome

  • This video is probably the most motivating video i hav seen in a long tym...especially in the beginning where stephane is calculatin n analyzing the jump....just like the way v all traceurs do around the world.... this makes us all connected in our special way :)

  • could you tell me what is the name of the song in the intro?

  • those cat leaps were amazing! wow.

  • The Flow is amazing! I love it!

  • I like the begining of this, because it shows a little of the process every person has to go through in order to finally go through a particular move.

  • the best as always!!

  • julien is the brother of stephane and johann?

  • No.

  • yes he is

  • Comment removed
