  • Just another guy brought here by Beksinski's site. Really interesting piece, this one. Sounds simple enough to figure out for violin too.

  • una tonada que te lleva de la mano con las pinturas de

    Zdzislaw Beksinski

  • )))))))

  • cudo...

  • ciągle powracam do tej muzyki - przyciąga jak magnes..

  • Love this song. Which I could find a transcription of it, I'm not proficient enough at doing it by ear =/

  • I cannot remember where i saw it first, but it was a piece of artwork by Beksinski that utterly captivated me. And when i found the official website...i sat there for hours, looking at the pictures and listening to this piece by Preisner...i was enthralled.

It was much, much later that i came to watch Kieslowskis movies, and then discovering that this composer..is beyond anything i had ever heard. he is without a doubt my favorite composer. He composes the music for my soul...

  • to jest piękne.......

  • Was led to this by buying an H.P. Lovecraft book with one of Beksinski's paintings as the covor art, finally found Beksinski's webpage showcasing his AMAZING surreal artwork, and this was the song playing in the sight as background music, and is so fiiitng to listen to while reading Lovecraft.

  • @curaidh

I always recommend the two of them together

  • This is probably the most haunting and surreal tune I have ever heard. This piece have a soul of its own, a sad soul that have seen unspeakable things.

It is seldom I have been moved by a piece with such a heavy-hearted melody like this one. Thank you for existing Preisner.

  • The Polish have great soul...and excel at jazz and many types of music.

  • took me forever to find this song.

it really gets me, don't know why but it just does.

  • BRAVO!!!

  • I Love Dekalog and all the music of this genius

  • Wow. Didn't think I'd ever find the music they used for Beksinski's site.

  • @LordCustard this is how I came to learn about Zdzislaw. It's so beautiful, terrifyingly melancholic...

  • What a beautifully haunting melody

  • Fits perfectly the Equally haunting works of Zdsislaw Beksinski

  • awesome...

  • Очень красивая и тонкая композиция.Збигнев Прейснер великолепен

  • piękne. muzyka muzyki..

  • Oh. The jokes started in Tel Aviv

  • LOL!

  • @nacalosc it's so true...

  • the polish are genius.

  • I agree. I don't understand where all the Polish being dumb jokes started....this is brilliant. Kieslowski and Preisner are masters of their craft.

  • I would'nt go as far as to say all polish are genii as it is a very stereotypical view. I would however recognise them as very mathematical people hence their reputation within the world of classical music

  • Beautiful.

  • The opening sounds a lot like "Lacrimosa" from his requiem.

  • great

  • ...?

  • too intense! i love the way he achieves some special kind of beauty and power in his tunes.

  • nigaz on anuva level.

  • Uwielbiam tą muzykę

  • Piękną i wrażliwą masz duszę zapewne...takie dźwięki słyszymy tylko duszą...czuję jak zapala się światło w moim sercu kiedy tego słucham...ciekawe co czują inni...

  • All true about polish soul. Listen. You'll never forget.

  • love this music

  • Preisner's a god.

  • 5 for me.

  • great
