I'm probably going to be smacked for this, but the Ultimate Chimera doesn't scare me. That might change once I get far enough in the game (I saw a Let's Play that inspired me to play the game myself, so I know what happens), but for now, I just keep remembering my first impression from SSBB: "Why does that thing have a bird on its head?!" The fanart of the UC scares me the most, actually...

I always have a particular memory of Mother 3, particularly this part.

I was in 8th grade.

I just got Mother 3 for the first time, and I had a cold, so I stayed home, only intending to stay home for one day.

It was so good, I actually faked sick for two more days, then beat it that weekend.

On my last day of staying home, I got to this part.

I can remember, I was laying in bed, and it was really cold in my house and I was watching Clean House.

This and Osohe Castle seriously reminds me of Trail of Blood from Final Fantasy VII for some reason, especially since the whole chimera thing is similar in a way to Hojo's mad experiments on people using Jenova Cells.
