  • You can open it by quickly knocking at the top of the door. It activates the spring mechanism and opens

  • @The1Ray1W1Johnson That was the old type, Cannon changed that right after they purchased Gun Vault

  • @The1Ray1W1Johnson Not on the newer models. They fixed that issue. Now they are having the release cable break after a year of use so they are now switching that to a lever action.

  • dick scanner with a big hole is available? :)

  • haha cool idea

  • thats gay.

  • do they make this in eye retina scanner? because you can be dead, and this will still work, not the same with your eye though.

  • @STKhero Not yet but thanks for watching

  • @STKhero Well if holywood movies are anything to go by you might be able to open it with a retina scanner after death. If you've seen Angels and Demons you'll know what I mean.

  • @TheRobot452 i was talking to my friend who was a biology major in collage, and he says that your eye changes dramatically almost instantly after death, he is now one of those guys who cuts open bodies and inspects them... he's a little creepy, but reliable.

  • @STKhero HOLYWOOD YOU HAVE FAILED ME FOR THE LAST TIME!!!

  • I think this box is great to have if you have children, cause by law your gun should be locked up with kids in the house. If you dont have kids though I would keep the gun on my hip or near my bed.

  • @fstwrtr well i wouldnt say its useless, i mean its better than using a key. some people have no choice but to keep their weapons locked and i think this would make a faster option for them.

  • Channel full of brady bunch pessimist knee bent on disinformation and discouraging words to convince the foregoing of 2nd Amendment.

  • This safe is for quick bed side entry. And to keep small hands out. Its not ment to take on a mob of home invaders

  • lean it on it's side, and hit it with the backside of the axe with the "sharktooth" like pick behind the blade... open sesame, no point in fingerprinting unless it's for a 5 year old.

  • True, but if you use the bio lock you can use it over and over

  • @granadajohn probly been commented on 100 times earlier, but I belive he was speaking of a scenario in which he did not have the required fingerprint "at hand".. hoho

  • This is designed to keep the handgun accessible, but out of reach of the six year old. It's not designed to keep thieves out.

  • great safe , but it could probably get broken into just by wacking it with something made out of steel, like a 50lb weight, or simply by throwing or smashing it against the ground or something hard.

  • @dominicano899

So that applies to all safes. What is your take on the biometrics?

  • I have 2 gunvault brand boxes. Like them. keeps the kids out but ready for me. You do need to sometimes be careful on pushing the buttons, or it won't open. (combination type)

  • what if your hand is bloody or wet?? i bet it wont work

  • do not use this vault in the shower! Works well with blood though. lol!

  • @rydwy222

How is this longer than attaining a key, inserting key, and turning key? If you walk around with the key on you in the dead of night, you still have to make motions to pull key from pocket or chain.

Also, all biometric safes use a key access, that makes the wet blanket theory shot to hell.

  • that would make one fuckin cool weapon if used inappropriatly

    :D?

  • put a cat under where it opens and it gets hit on the head :]

  • I love how it opens...violently

  • hate to be the wet blanket but, the time delay is way to long in an emergency situation.

  • @fstwrtr

No hate from by be comparison. How is this longer than attaining a key, inserting key, and turning key? If if you walk around with the key on you in the dead of night, you still have to make motions to pull key from pocket or chain.

Also, all biometric safes use a key access, that makes the wet blanket theory shot to hell.

  • @Anothercoilgun the only one making the comparison to a key is you. Locking up a personal protection weapon renders it useless, might as well throw rocks at the intruder.. but that fancy box, key or no key makes a great paperweight.

  • @fstwrtr ya i just keep self defense guns loaded and on a shelf up high so kids cant reach lol. fuck locking them, if you need your gun you probably need it to be unlocked and fully loaded.

  • nice safe for quick access not for security though

  • i would just pick the tubular lock

  • lol.

  • Thanks, I checked out your video "Daft Hands" you did a great job on it, keep tubing.

    GranadaJohn

  • damn that safe looks like it would break your arm if your arm was in front of it when you open it

  • Cool safe! I want one! My aunt Maggie works for Dean Security!

  • I have this safe, and I LOVE it! It doesn't play around.. just as the contents of the safe don't :)

  • OMG MY MOM WORKS FOR DEAN SECURITY!!

    Btw, sweet vid. XD
