So now we can leave the middle eastern countries with nothing to show. Its pretty funny to hear how liberal this guy talks. Obama will never even be close to the standards of our dear president Bush. If you people look at the statistics you will see that there were more deaths in soldiers when we weren't in war. Bush is an amazing president, and Obama will only make our country weak and defenseless. I wish he would read these comments.
He is a brave man. If he is true to his worlds he is going to be big target... lets hope cloning isn't around yet. Nomatter what he should be the next president. I just hope the elites give us one chance at freedom. If the whole election isn't riged that is.
31 JAN 08......THE IRAQIS HATE THE USA....WHY??....READ ON..".Iraq death toll 'over one million' ......" More than one million Iraqis have died as a result of the conflict started by the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003, according to a new survey by a UK polling group......
Its weird when barack talks in speeches he sounds like a preacher but when he talks on interviews ect. he sounds like a very educated man but whatever He should still be in office idc if he sounds like winnie the pooh as long as hes a better pres. then bush and the other candidates would be we need to put him in the office now people in less you're braindead or have no breath left in you vote for barack
The truth in Iraq is that Muslim extremists want to kill us...They wanted to kill us before we went to Iraq. No change of policy will negate that. If we stand and fight them there we will have to stand and fight them here. Why is that so hard to understand?
Check out my clip "Rooktabula" above for some insight into how the administration COMPLETELY had no chance of anything but failure in Iraq because of their blindness to realties outside their fortess.
We cant fight the idea of terrorism with terrorism!! The energy will just keep multiplying. We're doing the same thing to them that they did to us on 9/11. I cant believe this kind of thinking is still in place!

Stop trying to make it APPEAR that Obama has no policies by asking again and again what they might be. It seems apparent that YOUR policy is to make yourself look like a loud mouthed buffoon at every turn. By the way, you're doing remarkably well.
The pretty boys and the grown women in miniskirts at Fox News can joke all they want about dead American soldiers but there's nothing they can do to spin what reporters actually IN Iraq are telling them: that it's a continuing disaster and the worst of it is too dangerous even for reporters to investigate.

I agree, maraljan, about the RFID. Why hasn't Obama decided to cover this? He needs to. But while we are on the topic of Iraq, lets talk. Simply, "pulling out" is a lovely little desire, but what do you plan on doing about the quagmire that has been created? Simply "leaving" is what most middle-of-the-road Americans believe a "pull-out" to be: we leave, and do nothing. That will NOT work. What are your plans after removing the troops? This needs clarification.
Barack: America is not ready for you, come back after 200 yrs and you will win. you are talking to people who just voted for Bush just few yrs ago, so bad for you and American.
Supporting political candidates who play games with the armed forces as well as the thousands of Iraqis show no strong future for America after 08. I am not a supporter of Bush, but to not recognize his understanding would be ignorant. We have removed Saddam Hussein from power but we have not sealed the wound. Iraq will bleed out into chaos without the support of our troops until the Iraqi people are able to defend themselves.
The sad part of the war in Iraq is that it has become a political stage. The lives of Iraqis are on the line, and the immediate withdrawal from Iraq will cause more harm than good. Supporting candidates who play political games with lives does not show a bright future for the United States.
Yeah, apparently you haven't been to Iraq if you think that's true. We turn their country into a warzone and you think that our presence there has 99% approval? Moron.
My Question is simply this: Every Democrat in this country has been preaching for years about a "New Plan" for the war in Iraq. It hs creeped into the much too early running for the office of President. We have the Speaker of the House saying that we need a "Change of Direction". Where's it at?
The Iraqis deserve to be free! On their own they would never have been able to get rid of the brutal dictator and his sons. The terrorists don't want the Iraqis to be free! If you don't agree with me, then tell me how you would have helped the Iraqis, taking into consideration that the U.N. sanctions were not harming the kind dictator and his sweet sons in anyway. And remember that the dictator and his sons would not have left on their own, even if you asked them very nicely!
The constitution was written to be timeless? And yet it did not take long for several amendments to be made! But still it talks about men only, women are still implicitly left out? We hear the politicians say "... men and women in the armed forces..." The constitution still says " All men are created equal..." Are they really? I think it should now say "all corporations are created equal..."
...a few wealthy men...? Fallenvirtue, that sounds very Republican! It is the Republican administrations that have made the wealthy few wealthier at the expense of the majority. And your man Ron Paul is very Republican....
Thats where you are wrong. Ron Paul is a Libertarian in disguise. He has to run on the Republican ticket, simply because the political system in this country is a sham, and he made a strategic decision to do so.
Clinton? His reduction of the government's payroll cost the jobs of thousands of Americans!!! How can you support a man who has no knowledge of foreign policy? (I'm talking about Clinton, Bush, and Obama too!)
Bush would not create something he didn't intend to use. There isn't going to be an election; there will be another disaster of Bush's making. His ego is too large not to make himself dictator when he has created all the tools he needs to do it. Read the Directive 51 he posted on May 9, 2007; it pretty much covers everything.
Again, you are ignoring the substance of what he has to say. Instead, you focus on how he says it, then have to remind us that he's speaking in front of a black audience. It's all about race for you, and that's the way Republicans are going to play the game if he's nominated.
Actually I am either Obama or Edwards, But since you are a bit afraid of the intarweb and he has alot of positions, Name one and I will do the leg work for you.
no.....you didn't give any "truth", you just gave commentary....typical dem approach to something...criticize criticize criticize and never give a plan of your own, just say the other plan isn't working...YOU WILL NOT BE PRESIDENT with that approach...
OK kepr1 short of pulling off the profound task of electing 2 supreme court justices, Getting us into Iraq, and screwing up the federal budget. Name one big positive thing the neo-cons did for America in the past 6 years. I mean America not just the top 1% of income or the board of KBR/Haliburton.
when i say typical dem, you automatically assume that i am pulling for republicans...and by the way, supreme court justices are not elected, they are selected and approved. go back to school, get an education. my point was that obama has no plan whatsoever, he only has criticism, just like every other dem. what would al gore had done on 9/11?
It really doesn't matter. Gore WOULDN'T have invaded Iraq, and that alone would have made him 1000 times better than Bush. Ask yourself what Bush did on 9-11.... he read a book to schoolchildren. You're the one who needs to go back to school
Iraq was paying suicide bombers in Palestine. They were blocking UN inspectors from certain suspected chemical/biological weapons facilities. Why were they blocking access? After 9/11 you'd be a fool to take for granted that Iraq was not a threat to the rest of the world.
As I watch Mr. Obama accuse his opponents of trying to score political points while, in the same breath, trying to score political points for himself, I'm reminded of exactly of why I jumped off his bandwagon. I so wanted to follow the leadership a minority President in my lifetime, but this man, for all his good intentions, seems merely another politician. Politicians? We've had enough. It is Hope that is short supply.
The difficulty with Paul for the republicans it that he will give too many "true" republicans the false hope that their party is about all the great things Paul stands for. Then their hopes will be crushed by the realization that their canidate(Romney,McCain, etc) ends up being a neo-con who will put profit and politics before the constitution.
Faux news much? I bet when you have the choice between truth and a good partisan hack job you pick the latter. You specifically are what is wrong with American politics. People who prefer spin over truth.
I have a 500 word limit, Pick one mainstream issue and I will paraphrase it. Please do the same for ____fill_in_your_guy__here___. But my post was about the schools Obama attended and your aparent inability to stop faux news from making you look like an idiot.
Let's start with Obama's policy on illegal immigration. What is it?
If you can't answer that one, how about Obama's policy on free trade deals and world governmental organizations like the International Criminal Court (ICC), NAFTA, GATT, WTO, and CAFTA?
In a few words: Fund the wall, legal worker IDs for clarity to employers, prosecute employers who hire Illegals, Citizenship path for those here already, Soldiers get to be citizens.
On trade: Strong labor standards in all trade deals. Voted Against CAFTA because of human Rights issues. So generally I see somebody who is against free trade until human rights issues are addressed. The information is there if you are willing to look.
Obama's policies are to reward people who illegally enter our country with amnesty and citizenship, give EVERYONE national ID cards(can't make only illegals get them, they already just fake SSN's), and let illegals join our military.
Davis thinks he's black because he listens to rap while he lives in the suburbs, My guess is that Davisville is a solid republican who does not want to hear anything said by any democrat in a positive way. How based on the fact that he was raised by a poor white mother was Barack "a rich spoiled white ass at heart". You really don't know what your talking about. I'll wait for your profane yet intellegent reponse....
Obama comes from a fairly educated background in a middle class upbringing
I don't live in the suburbs, I live in an inner city apartment with 2 brothers and my dad's a construction worker, I take back the "rich spoiled white ass at heart" comment, but I do find him very mechanical and that's what I jokingly meant by classifying him "white, um, I am in no way a republican supporter, I even think the democrats are too conservative in many ways...
You are an idiot or suck at the intarweb because I find lots of stuff that is there that describes what he will do. Is your definition of policy a 500 page manifesto? Then maybe you should start asking for the same openness with the current administration because they don't have any either. Also could you show me an example of another canidate currently runing that has a "POLICY"
Meh at least Mccain went to Iraq I guess if thats how you want to get political support by bashing your other opponets its a fair game. I would rather support RP
If only Feingold were running... I have a feeling Barack would steal most of his thunder, but Feingold seems to have more conviction in his positions.
Obama and Ron Paul are the only two plotical people who are making sense these days. all the others are stuck in their webs of compomises and favour returns.
Kyle is a typical moonbat - claims to be a "tolerant" person but proves to not be tolerant at all to a person who believes in God. btw it is about 80% of Americans who believe there is a God lol - Tolerant of "everyone" except 80% of the country. roflmao
Experience is great, but I think the quality of the person is even more important. Look at George Bush. He has lots of experience as the President. Do you think he's any better than when he started?
The government shouldn't help ANYONE except for the handicapped/disabled and old people...that's it peroid. Families should take care of their down and out children.
The political atmosphere in America is crap when accusing a presidential candidate for "not supporting our troops" passes for proper political argument and needs to be replied to.
This kid is just that, a kid. He know next to nothing on foreign policies and very little of domestic. He just has a huge ego, almost as large as D. Trump.
To all Americans out there how yr innovation of Iraq helped yr war on terror, the 911 attacks were made by few islamofascists from different countries none of them was Iraqi, Iraq had no connection to the 911 attacks
So WHY on earth you've created this mess 4 ur selves and dragged others into it.
troops? just use them and spit them out. if dick and bush and the rest of the neo-cons care so much them, they wouldn't send them in harm's way on lies and deception. let the sons and daughters of the working class bleed and die for their sick vision of a new american century. their sick illusion of glorious victory. those fuckin' chickenhawks remind me of evangelical preachers preaching virtues while robbing and whoring behind the curtain of patriotism. so, pleeeeze!
hey, gay...lets put it this way, show support to the troops by throwing another 100 billion to the likes of halliburton, KRB, blackwater...etc. privatization of war is what it's all about. bottomline!
again with the stupidity. bush vetoed the bills because he stubbornly refused to set ANY timetable to bring the troops home from that bloodbath. take a deep breath, and use that brain you were born with for once. maybe then things will become more clear for you.
now if you started reading this dont stop its really scarey!ok send this to five other videos in 143 minutes. When you are done press F6 and your crushes name will apear on the screen in big letters this is weird because it does work.If you break this chance you wont have a crush in the next five years
Ah, so it's the duty of our Congress to give the President whatever, and only, what he wants, all the time? Why don't we just dispense with that archaic methodology, and just appoint the President as "King"?
but then I did say veto. so that's as good as a presidential "vote." and by the way, if bush voted against 'pork,' how come he didn't just say that? because keep in mind, the bill he passed still had additional programs on it besides military spending. get your facts straight, moron.
Um... healthcare and minimum wage aren't "pork." a bridge for 200 people in alaska is pork. that's what was attached to the 87 billion bill way back in 04.
Man... can't wait to get a new republican president who just stands up and says the truth. "I support sending troops to die. I support not listening to reason. I support myself no matter what truth and reason say. I am never wrong."
Well there you go. Bush voted twice in the past few months not to support the troops. He vetoed war funding TWICE!!! How clear it is, and yet you conservatives are blinded by the fog of conservatism.
Wow, gayle, can you have a intelligent conversation without bringing Obama's name into it. If you are finding a hard time to not like him rather than his name, you are indeed a ignorant. Obama is standing for what he believes is best for America. And I support him, because unlike you morons that think you are patriot just by flying a flag in the air and giving your consent to the leader, Obama is the real patriot protecting the welfare of Americans.
You have got to be kidding me, have you ever served in the military, has Obama? Well then shut-up. Have you been to Iraq, have you seen the innocent women and children that have been slaughtered over there by terrorist? I guess we have to have another 9/11 to wake you stupid liberals up.
Fortunately I have not been to Iraq. But my cousin and her husband are in Iraq Mr. djohns1976. And from the videos she sends via email is filled with hope that one day she can return to the pre- War in Iraq. When will you damn idiots stop connecting Iraq with 9/11. We are on their land, and they are doing whatever the hell they can to get us off of it. What if some country and it's superpower invaded your hometown. And trying to push a government on you. Would you sit down and give consent?
Search YouTube for 'The Real Islam Revealed JTF', watch a great film, and wake up to the truth". JTF also tells the truth about Barrack Hussein Obama, the black Muslim who wants to destroy America.
hey gayle, just like to spite your own body, you're going to down a bucket of chicken, a 6 pack of beer, and plop your 250 pound body on the couch and watch wrestling
~ ~ Just to spite the Anti-Gun, Global Warming Liberals, i think i'll go burn some rubber tires, spray all my aerosol cans into the sky, and drive my SUV extra fast today to be sure to use as much gasoline as i can, and then i'll go kill as many innocent animals as i can. JUST TO SPITE LIBERALS, God Bless America & the 2nd Ammendment ~ ~ hahaha, liberals LOSE again.
McCain, nor any other Repub that back the Bush neocon war, might get the GOP ticket not but as far as the general election in '08 they can hang it up right now. Not only do we need our troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan, but out of every one of the some 80 other countries where they are deployed. After more than a half century why is it that we have troops in Korean and the South Koreans cannot, or won't, defend their own border.
I think your repeating yourself now a bit gayle, you just wrote that on the pig video, word for word- whats the matter - run out of things to shout about-Hahahahaha

I so wanted to follow the leadership a minority President in my lifetime, but this man, for all his good intentions, seems merely another politician. Politicians? We've had enough. It is Hope that is short supply.
brenda721 4 years ago
The difficulty with Paul for the republicans it that he will give too many "true" republicans the false hope that their party is about all the great things Paul stands for. Then their hopes will be crushed by the realization that their canidate(Romney,McCain, etc) ends up being a neo-con who will put profit and politics before the constitution.

What about Obama's POLICIES?
WHAT ARE THEY?
OfficalConspirator 4 years ago
Faux news much? I bet when you have the choice between truth and a good partisan hack job you pick the latter. You specifically are what is wrong with American politics. People who prefer spin over truth.
snarkwaupaca 4 years ago
snarkwaupaca: I want truth not spin. Please tell me what Obama's policies are.
OfficalConspirator 4 years ago
I have a 500 word limit, Pick one mainstream issue and I will paraphrase it. Please do the same for ____fill_in_your_guy__here___. But my post was about the schools Obama attended and your aparent inability to stop faux news from making you look like an idiot.
snarkwaupaca 4 years ago
Let's start with Obama's policy on illegal immigration. What is it?
If you can't answer that one, how about Obama's policy on free trade deals and world governmental organizations like the International Criminal Court (ICC), NAFTA, GATT, WTO, and CAFTA?
OfficalConspirator 4 years ago
In a few words: Fund the wall, legal worker IDs for clarity to employers, prosecute employers who hire Illegals, Citizenship path for those here already, Soldiers get to be citizens.
On trade: Strong labor standards in all trade deals. Voted Against CAFTA because of human Rights issues. So generally I see somebody who is against free trade until human rights issues are addressed. The information is there if you are willing to look.
snarkwaupaca 4 years ago
Thank you for the respone.
Obama's policies are to reward people who illegally enter our country with amnesty and citizenship, give EVERYONE national ID cards(can't make only illegals get them, they already just fake SSN's), and let illegals join our military.
HUH?!? THAT IS CRAZY.
That isn't policy, it's insanity.

Hello..... Obama's policy on illegal immigration?
Still waiting.

I'll wait for your profane yet intellegent reponse....
snarkwaupaca 4 years ago
Obama comes from a fairly educated background in a middle class upbringing
I don't live in the suburbs, I live in an inner city apartment with 2 brothers and my dad's a construction worker, I take back the "rich spoiled white ass at heart" comment, but I do find him very mechanical and that's what I jokingly meant by classifying him "white, um, I am in no way a republican supporter, I even think the democrats are too conservative in many ways...

I have watched Obama's videos and I have read his website and I have yet to find ANYTHING that can be considered a POLICY.
Someone, ANYONE, please tell me what this guy's POLICIES are.
I have found NONE.
How can anyone support a canidate with NO POLICIES.
And being black is NOT A POLICY.
Please explain.
At least one of his supporters should be able to tell us what his policies are. Right?
SO WHAT ARE THEY???????
OfficalConspirator 4 years ago
You are an idiot or suck at the intarweb because I find lots of stuff that is there that describes what he will do. Is your definition of policy a 500 page manifesto? Then maybe you should start asking for the same openness with the current administration because they don't have any either. Also could you show me an example of another canidate currently runing that has a "POLICY"

To all Americans out there how yr innovation of Iraq helped yr war on terror, the 911 attacks were made by few islamofascists from different countries none of them was Iraqi, Iraq had no connection to the 911 attacks
So WHY on earth you've created this mess 4 ur selves and dragged others into it.
shadowno9 4 years ago
troops? just use them and spit them out. if dick and bush and the rest of the neo-cons care so much them, they wouldn't send them in harm's way on lies and deception. let the sons and daughters of the working class bleed and die for their sick vision of a new american century. their sick illusion of glorious victory. those fuckin' chickenhawks remind me of evangelical preachers preaching virtues while robbing and whoring behind the curtain of patriotism. so, pleeeeze!

hey, gay...lets put it this way, show support to the troops by throwing another 100 billion to the likes of halliburton, KRB, blackwater...etc. privatization of war is what it's all about. bottomline!

again with the stupidity. bush vetoed the bills because he stubbornly refused to set ANY timetable to bring the troops home from that bloodbath. take a deep breath, and use that brain you were born with for once. maybe then things will become more clear for you.

Ah, so it's the duty of our Congress to give the President whatever, and only, what he wants, all the time? Why don't we just dispense with that archaic methodology, and just appoint the President as "King"?
scottdb 4 years ago
but then I did say veto. so that's as good as a presidential "vote." and by the way, if bush voted against 'pork,' how come he didn't just say that? because keep in mind, the bill he passed still had additional programs on it besides military spending. get your facts straight, moron.
andrewbary 4 years ago
Gayle, which president VETOED funding for the troops just a few weeks ago?
scottdb 4 years ago
Um... healthcare and minimum wage aren't "pork." a bridge for 200 people in alaska is pork. that's what was attached to the 87 billion bill way back in 04.
andrewbary 4 years ago

gaylecothrannn 4 years ago

But my cousin and her husband are in Iraq Mr. djohns1976. Not only do we need our troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan, but out of every one of the some 80 other countries where they are deployed. After more than a half century why is it that we have troops in Korean and the South Koreans cannot, or won't, defend their own border.
