for benching i do decline and flat then i do incline on a machine. for flat and decline first set 135 lol then i bump it up to 185 and do that with a spotter. 2 more sets of 10. then for incline i do 1 set of 10 - 160 then 2 sets of 145 on the incline machine. then i do butterflies on the butterfly machine. 3 sets of like 85 lol. ya and i weight 157 not 167 dam typo
Anything more than 5-7 reps is strength training, not body building. Try 5 sets of 5 reps. Trust me man I'm 5'7 179 lbs. I was 121lbs when I started weight lifting 2 years ago.
if your getting more cut then you must be doing sets of over 15 reps ... i think your doing set of 40 with push ups right ...? i would do more high resistance excersises and do 8-10 reps ... if u have to have someone push down on your upper back for more tenction on your pecs with you do push ups ...
