If you are looking for a ukulele for playing I wouldn't recommend the spongebob ukulele. It's more of a kids toy. My SB uke came with parts missing.

If you are serious about playing uke, and don't want to spend a lot, I would go with a MAKALA brand or KALA brand soprano or concert size uke. You can pick one of those up for between $25 to $50 bucks on Ebay. I like KALA for the quality vs. cost.
