The whole race and nationality thing is a touchy subject for Crystal Kay and her fans because even though she's blasian, speaks fluent Japanese and has lived in Japan all her life she's still looked at as an outsider by law made by the Japanese Government. Crystal Kay's parents moved to Japan when she was fairly young, Crystal Kay considers her NATIONALITY to be Japan and that's why she's very fluent in Japanese and does J-Pop.
you know people need to stop asking about her nationality and just focus on her music .she is a very good artist and that is the only thing that matters
