Ian Golder says all his boxes call themselves "Dinner," even though people eat it for lunch. I have another idea... FDA labeling requirements, as it does not meet the standards of identity for "Macaroni and Cheese," and therefore cannot be labeled as such. The FDA classifies it "Macaroni and Cheese Mix, Dry." "Macaroni and Cheese Dinner" sounds so much better.
