Actually, that would give your position away to the enemy, in most to all positions. There isn't anything wrong with shooting while cloaked, it just depends upon how far you've walked while cloaked. If you shoot while your power is low, oh yeah, that's a bad idea, because your armour is going to be low as hell when you fire! There is no bad tactic in Crysis, unless you're literally running into enemy gunfire with your pistol and in strength mode.
