In general, Robos tend to be less tame than other breeds, and they are often very scared of people, which can make them bite, because they feel afraid -- not because they are trying to be mean.
1 of mine is scared of everything & runs away. The other is sweet sometimes & sometimes she bites. Her teeth are small, so, it's doesn't really hurt.
I know! Hahah! She's was hooked on "digging" against the wall for several weeks after we adopted her. She doesn't do it nearly as often, these days, but, every once in a while... So funny!

My new hamster, Dusty , keeps pooping and biting me! Grr....and that hurts.....
Unlike my 1 year old hamster, Blackie, trust me, for eg. Sleep in my hand(thinks that i will not hurt it) reali cute!
